Fantastic experiences on multiple occasions. Brought in a flat tire today and they packed the spare tire and jack back away (which we struggled to get out of our minivan in the first place). Another time, terrible grinding noise coming from rear axle, I feared some major expensive work... they told me it was rust build-up that got knocked loose, cleaned it up off all the wheels and didn't even charge me for their time!
A huge thank you to the Staff at CarX for a job well done! They are friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra step to do what's right. Kind of busy, so it took a little longer than I expected, but I guess that's what happens when you offer good service. Keep up the good work! You've earned my business, CarX!
The staff is very friendly. They take time to answer questions respectfully to both my wife and myself. The quality of their work is top notch.
Service was slow, coolant and transmission flush prices were unreasonable. The person at the counter was rude and didn't seem to care about my issues. They wanted over $375 to do my front brakes on my car!!! Will not be back.
Ive been to several shops in the surrounding area, and this is by far the most professional and cordial out of them. They're up front and honest about the repairs and inspections that they will make, and give you options based on what you want to happen to your vehicle. No hidden costs like at most shops, and I honestly was surprised at how much they did at little to no cost. Would like to thank Shawn for being so helpful and working me in to their busy schedule. Will definitely be back in the future.
