Food was VERY GOOD. Delicious and beautifully served. Gluten-free buns available for all sandwiches. Prices are all over the place... some items are a great deal, others are lofty. Service is hit or miss. We had to wait quite awhile for our silverware after our food was delivered. But we should have spoken up sooner. Try this place for lunch, if you've never been here. We will be back for the FOOD... and will hope for a little better service next time. During March Madness, they have an All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and Fries Special for $10. They are delicious.
Love Sunday brunch at this location. We are always greeted by such friendly staff, the food is fresh, and the service is prompt. We always have a good time here.
I am a classic HyVee dining fan. I always enjoyed the open dining layout and having your name hollered once your food was ready. If you are from rural Iowa towns, you know what I mean. I like that style because you served yourself and didn't have a waitress. Most of the time it feels like I'm waiting on my waitress with an empty cup. So, that's a huge draw back for me with the Market Grills at HyVee. A wait staff that's not on top of things, and then the added cost of having to tip. If you're like me, I can't simply not tip even if the service is poor. I leave feeling sort of robbed in that respect. If like to see HyVee keep the old and add the new. Not do away with the classic unbroken system that's been around forever.
I'm giving this a one star, Would be zero if I could. I went here for breakfast buffet on Dec 24th. It was gross, disgusting, just plain horrible. The eggs & sausage were dry, the biscuits were cold and hard. The donuts were dry and nasty. We paid 40 bucks for 2 people. It was a total rip off. I really wished I had choose to order off the menu like everyone else was doing. LISTEN UP HY-VEE I WANT A REFUND! I had a wonderful thanksgiving brunch here.
