We had a very pleasant stay. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. We would definitely stay again.
Q-cy was friendly , great customer service. Rooms we're ok not bad at all.
We had a king smoking room. Room wasn't ready when we were told it would be. We had to wait another half hour for it to be done. Room was small but decent. No chair to sit in. Refrigerator temp knob is broken off so you can't change the temp. Bed was great. Refrigerator was a little gross. The drain in the sink is clogged with lots of hair, and was a little stomach turning. Staff was decent. Rooms aren't quiet. You hear everyone coming and going. Not a breakfast person, so didn't check that out.
My grandpa stayed here over Christmas and had some issues. The issues were resolved. My 76 year old grandfather and my uncle got a room and the heater did not work. As I am told originally they did not want to out them in a new room but once I got there to pick them up. They were getting settled into a new room. This room was fine and the heater worked. I rated this a 3 star due to them not wanting to get them into a new room. As well the 2 employees I saw one didn't speak much English and the other one was fairly limited. Bless their hearts my family members where being rude about it. Over all I think they were happy with their stay, just had a rough start.
This is a very family friendly place. It is primarily used by truckers and construction workers. Free breakfast in the morning is almost good. Its free and should be. All and all beds are good pillows are iffy but there is only two per bed. Rooms are a good size. They price it to match the Ramada price. Its nit the Ramada.
