Needed a place to stay last minute because the weather was too bad to drive in. Laroyia(sorry for misspelling) was at the front desk and was very friendly, down to earth and very nice. Outstanding! She took great care of us! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! No complaints.
It's your typical holiday inn. Nice room, bed was a little more firm than normal, complimentary breakfast was like any breakfast. A short 15 minute drive from wells fargo arena.
Poor service. The rooms are older but adequate. The gal at the front desk has no business being in the customer service industry. She was terrible. I am Spire elite and a Holiday Inn junky. Would have been 3.5 stars with good customer service.
Great breakfast in a big room with newspaper n tv perfect way to start the day. Just which these places would mix it up French toast one day or omelette station or hash browns or even tortillas so I can make a breakfast burrito instead they all offer same exact things.
