My stay was great me and my family traveled from St.Louis Mo. We stayed in a suite for Thanksgiving. It was like being in a apartment we cooked our full Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the pool area the staff was awesome they let us enjoy ourselves and didn't bother us. Anything we asked for they did with no hesitation. I would love to stay here again
This Ramada offered a 3 bed room which really came in handy for our situation. The room set up was a little different but it worked! The room had a kind of musty smell at times. The shower curtain also wouldn't stay shut and was very long and hung into the tub ans got super wet. Overall the stay was fine! Everyone was very friendly.
Well two light bulbs were missing and the cable was dead and so was the outlets and even the tv was dead. But I loved the beds and pool. And the fitness room. Bit you should gets some weights
It was an okay place. It was fairly clean and not dirty or anything. Also the service was really good, they were polite and quick to help. The pool was nice, but the hot tub a bit small. All in all it was an okay place that reflected it's price.
I was really happy with my accommodations. My room was clean and roomy. I had a King size suite with a hot tub. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and clean. I always strip my bed prior to sleeping in it. I found no issues there. The staff was very nice and professional. The only issue I had was when I ordered for my free breakfast, my order was somehow lost. I had to wait for about an hour. I don't believe it was incompetence or anything. Breakfast was very busy and I think it was an honest mistake. If I ever need accommodations again, I will be staying a Ramada Ankeney. However, I may see if I can have a room that is not right off pool side. It was pretty noisy until 11pm.
