Let me tell you, if Shane played Batman instead Christian Bale, he would have saved Rachel AND Commisioner Gordon. This guy is so fast, he makes the Flash looks slow! We didn't even tell them we were having issues, he just found the solution. I couldn't have dreamed of better service.

This company is amazing!!! Our flight was delayed and we were going to miss our connection out of JFK. We were going overseas for our mother's birthday and this delay would have lost us an entire day if not more. While we were trying fruitlessly to get this resolved at the gate, Shane came to the rescue! He was able to find a flight to an airport only 1 hour away and our delay is now only 4 hours instead of 24!
I used the Ankeny location for my Honeymoon. They didn't book my flight correctly and didn't assist in correcting the problem. Don't expect any service after they have accepted your payment. I'll never book through this company again, there have to be better agencies around the Des Moines area...
