The bike selection was great. The lady that sold me the bike on the other hand just kept trying to up-sale me on accessories that i did not need
Was quoted a price to fix a spoke and ended up paying $39 to fix a single spoke! Also said they could set up my tire tubeless and then get a call saying they can't. Did not even clean my wheel. .Knowing this i would've changed the spoke myself, doing what i can to support a local bike shop but this is pushing it, that's why a lot of people are buying online now and doing their own repairs.
Stopped by to browse and ended up with a bike. Most of the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to test ride a few different options
Excellent service. Able to rent bikes, get instruction on using bikes and got local directions for trails all at this shop.
Helpful staff. Nice selection of Trek bikes. They can fix them the way you want them.
