Such a great experience!
I'm only giving this a one star because one lady helped me out just fine with cleaning my ring but when it came to my fiancé making a payment we were such an inconvenience to them. They didn't think the first time they said that to us was enough so they kept repeating it. I will also add no one else was in the store and they didn't even want to help in the first place. Sorry for being such an inconvenience we will take our business else where.
Everyone here is super friendly! The workers are incredibly knowledgeable, and always there if you need help! They worked around our budget incredibly, and even gave us a discount! I would definitely recommend this Kay Jewelers! Great atmosphere, and amazing service!
