I was with mike for years. The second I asked why other insurance policies were cheaper he mislead me and then stopped returning my phone calls and ignored my emails...even though I was still his client! Very disappointed. I'm a business owner and used him for both private and business insurance, apparently I was way over paying and was unaware. Would not recommend, very unprofessional end to our relationship.
