I work odd hours and do not have any flexibility. Cherann worked with my schedule to call at odd hours or do everything over email. I very much appreciated all her help. This was also my first time purchasing insurance. Cherann was patient and talked me through all the details!
They raised my rates for no reason, and did nothing to keep me as a customer.
They have always been good to us and handled our claims promptly. They also found us better auto loans through State Farm Bank. Great people.
