Everything is actually really great here. I put 4 star because of small personal matters like looking up rewards by phone number., they don't care to void the transaction if you give the wrong number ugh also be prepared to find the correct location for the end of the line at service or checkout. The rest is awesome! I recommend!
Hate the checkout process hate the parking lot. Not designed for my kind of shopping. Happy customers must be entertained by impulse purchases, chit chat, and Godiva in the checkout lane... Might be just the place for you!
This was a Christmas visit extremely close to the 25th so it would have been disasterous if the shelves were bare but that wasn't the case.
Waited 5 minutes for return at service desk. He was very efficient and friendly. Wanted to shop, but line was #15 deep. Not waiting for that to check out, so I left. No shopping for me.
