We have been to this dentist a couple times and the last time was awful! My daughter had to get a cavity filled and we had an appt for Monday, we show up and the front desk lady tells me that I was wrong and the appointment was for Wed. So I leave and come back on Wed. Well they changed the appt to Thursday and tell me that the appt has always been on Thursday and that the front desk lady never told me that it was Wed. So the big bad owner came out to talk to me and he was so arrogant. Not even paying attention to what I am telling him, so basically my kids will never go back there. I am sure if my kids didn't have medicaid I would have never had to go through this. I am now in the process of contacting the better business bureau, medicaid office and DHS. If your children go here and they are on medicaid keep your appt card so you can prove that their office staff is rude and inconpetent. Better yet I would suggest not going there at all.
