They are very good at what they do. Plus they take pride to make sure things are right for the customer. I will be renting another vehicle from them very soon.
I have rented from Enterprise many times in the past. My experiences have been mostly very positive. However, at this branch in Ankeny my expectations have been exceeded every time I have been there. Amber and her team solved problems for me, took care of me, treated me as if my business was more important to them than anything else they had going even when they were clearly very busy. I honestly would say that the level of customer care that I see there rivals not just car rental competition, but the auto industry as a whole, and perhaps any service experience I have had in the past several years.
When I picked up my rental, they had just finished detailing it and it was ready to go. When I looked at it , the previous renter must have been traveling on dirt roads because there was a lot of white dust in the door areas and under the back lift gate. I mentioned that to the Staff and they came out and cleaned it up right away.
Securing my rental car within a mile or two of my house was very convenient. The staff were very competent and truly seemed grateful for the business. The car was clean and easy to access. I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ankeny to anyone!
When I picked up my Rental on Labor day weekend, I decided to pick it up on Friday, a day earlier. I thought that they were going to be extremely busy on Saturday. That was a good choice.
We had excellent service at the Ankeny Enterprise location. Amber was friendly and very helpful. Quick check in and check out. They even let me keep my personal vehicle there while I used the rental. Will use them again
Rented from the Ankeny location twice in less than a year. The second time I was bumped up two car sizes on their expense. They are always quick, friendly and easy to work with. I wish they were open Sundays because I need a vehicle again but will still use Enterprise, just a different location. I switched from Budget to Enterprise in Arizona about 8 years ago (now living in Iowa) and I've always been a happy customer with Enterprise.
The Staff at the Ankeny Enterprise always treats me with respect and they go way beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my rental.
