Save yourself some trouble from going here. Although some of the staff is really helpful and nice, most of them are rude and disrespectful. Textbook prices are high, buyback prices are horrible, and in the end all they want is your money. Textbook Outlet across the street has helped me and are wonderful when it comes to staff, buying, and rentals, and their awesome prices! Or just order them online and save yourself half the cost!

Terrible experience, sold wrong book their own book finder said I needed, then tried to find every reason to not return it even though there isn't a school in the entire state that uses this book. I work retail and this customer "service" is horseshit!
When it comes to renting books, no matter how many times I have rented, they explain the renting process and policy to me so I know under what conditions I would or would not be charged additional fees.
I always have a great experience at this bookstore and I often have a better experience at this location than I do at others!
The floor staff are very knowledgable and helpful, and the cashiers at the front give me any information I need about returning or buying back books.
They treat you like a thief and force you to be escorted through the books, then the escorts just try to sell you extra books you don't need. The staff is hostile and the prices aren't competitive.
When something doesn't make sense or I don't understand a policy, they graciously explain it to me when I ask.
