The rent goes up every year. It was $330.00 and is $365.00 now. Asked to have trees trimmed the first year I moved in June 2014. They trimmed 1 and the other hangs way down hits you on the head when mowing. My son has had to kept pine tree trimmed to keep it of my roof.
