Called on one of the coldest snaps in Iowa's recent history. They're beyond busy. Rick comes down and takes care of my problem and brings another guy to help finish the job. My shop had frozen pipes and cracked meters and I was up and running within two hours when I was concerned I would have to shut down my shop for days. Nicest guys around, best service you can find, and everyone I've ever met from Premier really cares about their customers. Give 'em a call, you can't go wrong with Premier.
I had a plumbing emergency at the business I own on MLK day. Obviously, I assumed the worst would happen. I was wrong. I called Premier Plumbing and they had an incredibly friendly person here in 15 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also explained how I could prevent it from happening again. He was personable and helpful with no condescension in his voice at all. I will definitely be using Premier Plumbing again.
They only tell you what work needs to be done. Employee was rude and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
I was very satisfied with the whole process. They were prompt, efficient with the repair, and professional. They even hauled away my old dishwasher so i didn't have to pay the trash service which was a win win for me.
This company was recommended by another company I trust. I called them desperate for a plumber as 2 other companies didn't call back in the same week. They sent someone out in ONE business day. I'm very impressed! Plumber was precise, knowledgeable, fixed everything we asked about except our faucets. He was honest about our faucets, they need replaced not fixed. I appreciate the honesty instead of putting bandaids on stuff that's barely functional. I'm glad we have found a plumbing company we can rely on. The person who answered my initial call was friendly and helpful. We will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.
