Customer service is top notch! We had an issue with an order (it happens!) and after calling the store they got it all sorted out right away. Nothing special about that, just business as usual. Later on however, the manager contacted me directly, apologized for the mix up, and even sent some ice cream to my house along with a gift card! I love Blimpie's sandwiches and all, but THAT is how you run a business and keep/gain customers. Thought I would share!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! They know my sandwich and it is always made perfectly!! I absolutely love the sweet peppers and like alot of them on my sandwhich and they always make sure I have plenty!! The crew is always very welcoming and friendly!! I am so glad blimpies came back cuz I hate subway!!!
one of my favorite places to get fast food. I just wish the chairs weren't so loud when you move them. Clean food, good ice cream

I hadn't had Blimpie subs in YEARS so when my husband and I discovered there was one in Ankeny we decided to go last weekend. The customer service wasn't very good, but the sandwiches are as good as I remember so that made up for the service. I would recommend training your employees to greet customers even if they aren't ready to take their orders yet, because we stood there for about 10 minutes feeling invisible while the only other couple in there was finishing up getting their order and paying...3 people working and only 2 couples in there ordering food - it should be easy to greet the waiting customer.
