I have never seen such incompetence in my life.. These people don't know their asses from a hole in the ground
Long wait but what you expect it's DMV. Lot of people can do and get things dne online if they take time to learn how to. I paid & Renewed my licesens online very simple. Some of the help devices are down, also If it weren't for old people with disabilities and foreigners it probably be a whole lot smoother process going to the DMV
I just called this location for some assistance and the person i talked to was very helpful and polite. Also there was no hold time. They answered right away and i didn't get transferred around. I don't have to call often but i would definitely call this location again.
All DMVs usually have a long wait. That said, the staff here was friendly and helpful, the facilities were efficient and streamlined.
