NEVER GET YOU UGGS BOOTS CLEANED HERE!!!! We came from out of town for a wedding. Our clothes were wrinkled from the suitcase. This included my husband's suit and other difficult items. Ankeny Dry Cleaners went way out of their way to press all of the clothes quickly and professionally. When I came to pick up the clothes, they brought the clothes out to the car. They took such care to make everything look wonderful. The value they provided was incredible. I recommend them 100%.
Took draperies in to be cleaned following a fire. After 4 weeks finally got them back. They broke all my grommets and replaced with wrong color!! Never even pressed draperies! What dry cleaners doesn't press?! Manager is rude and unprofessional. Never going back.
