Poor follow up when problems
I have been looking for a new mower for awhile. I stopped by the Toro display at the Iowa State Fair. I talked to Rich from Ankeny Hardware about what I was looking for. He was very nice and knowledgeable on the mower I was looking. My wife and I decided to purchase a SS5000 Toro mower from his business. So glad they became a UPS pick up place. Every time I walk in this store, the people, atmosphere and even the smells make me want to take my time and just take it in. Easy-going and forever patient and helpful people. They make it easy to forget that Ankeny's growth has become a bit overwhelming for older folks.
