Walked in and spoke with Manager about purchasing a living set for the office. He was great at helping me with that. When I paid (cash) and purchased the order I was told it would be roughly a week for delivery. It has now been 2 weeks since purchase date-- and I am being told that half my order is backed up--and that delivery is after Christmas (another week and a half). I asked if I could just come pick up my items myself (in two separate runs if needed) and was told that the items sit in South Dakota until a Delivery Date is set. I'm less than a mile away from the store I made the purchase and I can't even go get the stuff myself for another week!!! Ridiculous. I spoke with someone at the Ankeny Store (not who i originally made the purchase with), she transferred me to a manager (still not the same guy) and then they transferred me to the Warehouse before i could get a straight answer about where my products were. No one offered a solution. I basically had to come up with a solution for myself and now i'm waiting to hear from them if they can handle that or not. Ridiculous.
Great experience & very pleased with our purchase! The price was great & we were able to choose different pieces to customize the couch to fit our awkward layout. Also a bonus that we're able to get 0% financing here making payment much easier. Can't wait to get our new couch delivered!!
We had a very unprofessional experience here. We paid for a chair and couch and when I couldn’t be delivered before Christmas (1month away) I asked them to return my money. They explained it would take 10 business days. That was 13 business days ago and I still don’t have my money returned. The check we wrote was paid to them by EFT immediately of course. When I called today they said that the sales person forgot to put in the credit request. I have contacted the BBB. I hope to prevent other customers from such inexcusable practices. They are apparently completely unaware they have competition. Please do not shop here!
Some of he worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time by the female sales person today. I was loading my truck with recently purchased items and was asked if I could “get out of the way” because she had important things to do. I circled around the building to try and tie everything down in the wind and cold just to see this terrible employee getting lunch delivery. Glad to see her shoveling her face is more important than helping a paying customer. Can’t wait for amazon to put you guys out of business.
