Outstanding service! They designed an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday, delivered it within 90 minutes and were priced very very nicely. Their customer service is exceptional! I will use this locally owned business for all of my future floral arrangement needs and I strongly recommend you do as well.
We last ordered a Christmas arrangement. It lasted for at least three weeks, which was terrific! We have ordered and received plants and flowers from Carmen's for almost 4 years now, and my wife's mother also received many flowers and arrangements while she was with us before passing away just over two years ago. I only recall receiving excellent flowers/arrangements, and I have greatly appreciated their calls before delivery to make sure someone was home. I would gladly recommend Carmen's Flowers to anyone!
I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines Day. They did a poor job arranging the flowers. I could have went to Hyvee and paid half of what I paid here and had a better arrangement. Won't order from them again!
Today I made an inquiry regarding an arrangement my in laws sent my daughter for her 5th birthday. The mistake turned out to be another florist from out of state miscommunication to Carmen's flowers but Carmen's flowers did a poor job of assisting me, by continuing to speak over me, and the flowers Carmen's sent wilted quickly. Quickly wilting flowers has been our only experience with them. We have received an arrangement from Carmen's flowers 2-3 times a year since relocating to Iowa in 2012 and have come to expect a low quality even though the arrangement arrives beautifully it never lasts. Finally, on this particular order, when I found out how much my in laws spent to send the arrangement, they expected a stuffed animal to be included, I was appalled at what Carmen's flowers sent in exchange for the amount paid. I could never in good conscience recommend this florist and I finally let my in laws and their florist know about the experience with Carmen's flowers.
