We moved from out of state recently to a house built in 1900. The house will be an ongoing project, which is how we found Lazer. We've had them out for several different jobs. Every single professional, from plumbers Elton, Maddie and Jake and electricians Keith and Jerry have been exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient, and we highly recommend every single one of them. We've had work done that required a city inspector sign off on the job, he said their work was excellent as well.
All in all, I would recommend Lazer to any family and friends in need of service. And the fact that Jake poked himself in the eye with his finger before starting the work didn't take away from the phenomenal service they provided. Definitely going to call them again in the future for my plumbing needs.
I had called around to a few plumbers for toilet and kitchen sink issues, and to my surprise I was able to get a next day plumber to come out when I called Lazer Electric & Plumbing! Jake and Brian came out to inspect the situation, discuss options, and take care of business. They were very polite, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job fixing our leaks! It's great to have received quality service by professionals who are knowledgable and friendly!! We will be contacting Lazer Electric & Plumbing for all of our future needs and will highly recommend their services!
I called Lazer after I noticed a leak coming down from my bathroom into my living room. Lindsey (the person in the office answering the phone) was very professional and thorough in letting me know what I would be paying as a service charge. She was able to get the plumbers out to fix my leak within just a few hours of my call, and they arrived at the time I was given, which never seems to happen with any kind of service these days. So that's a huge plus!
I called for a last minute dishwasher install. Lazer dispatched Miss Maddie and she arrived within 30 minutes of my first contact. Went through the “paperwork” and got to work. She was fast and efficient and ever so polite. Her workmanship was great.
Jake and Elton were also very courteous and professional while they were in my home and were very personable. They let me know what I would be paying before starting the work in my bathroom so I would know the cost up front with no surprises. They also let me know of a separate issue that wasn't going to effect me now, but may in the long run, and I really appreciated that as well.
FWIW, Lazer uses a flat-rate pricing system, they charge by the job, not by the hour. While the pricing may be on the higher end for some, if you anticipate any issues (older house, for example) the price becomes more reasonable. We've had jobs run many more hours than expected, no extra charge. With a flat rate, you also don't have people dawdling around, tools strewn all over, taking their sweet time while you suspect they're padding the bill for time. The Lazer staff are in on time, neat, tidy, and quick. Plus they take all the time you need explaining the work they've done before they leave. They guarantee their work for two years and each of them are rightfully proud of the work they do. Thank you Lazer!
