Drove 2.5 hours. They had the car I was interested in up front and ready. Luke was good to work with. The process was very quick and drove the new car home. Recommend!

Home of the 3 hour while-you-wait oil change. Consistently slow service and bad communication at the so-called “quick lane” will make you ask yourself why you keep coming back. Clearly they are very busy- which means many customers are probably satisfied here. But not convenient, fast or at all a positive experience. If you’re looking for routine maintenance, clear your calendar and bring something to do while you wait. They do have WiFi.
Went home and got on Gabus Ford's site and found the car I wanted. Spoke with salesman Steve Sanders on the phone a bit later. In no time he emailed me that the car would be ready for me to pick up the next day at even better terms that I wanted. Was given around $7000 trade on allowance, low, low interest rate. AND left with a 10 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty.
Dewey needs to rethink asking a woman to bring in her husband before the details can be ironed out. Also that woman can and WILL do the math and not just sign on the line because she thinks the car is "pretty".
I felt I was being treated as a not very intelligent woman. I was told over and over what a "great deal" I was getting when it fact it was horrible.
I was offered little to nothing on my trade in after the numbers were calculated. In fact I asked them if I was going to keep my trade because when all was said and done there was under $1000 allowance for it. We couldn't get near the pmt and terms I wanted, plus they kept on and on about my husband coming in and THEN they could give me and interest rate , etc.
Fantastic sales team and finance manager. They made it short, sweet, and easy. They really took the time to make a deal work for me.
