I ordered a bike online through Diamondback Bikes and had it shipped to Kyle's Bikes for assembly. I was traveling to the area to visit family, coming in from New Mexico so I planned to have the bike ready for riding upon my arrival. I also had them add some in line brake levers to the bike. I spoke with Chuck about my plans and he was more than accommodating.
I ordered a part that they promised would be delivered in 2 days but the next day announced my order was cancelled because they really didn't have it.
I ordered some panniers online from Kyle's Bikes. They had exactly what I wanted at the best price online with free two day shipping (I think this was a promotion for Memorial Day weekend). I ordered them late Friday night, and they were on a truck Saturday morning! For an independent shop to have turnaround time like that (and great prices) is a rare thing. I was impressed and will keep Kyle's Bikes in mind for all future bicycle related purchases.
I ordered the wrong part and they ship the corrected one before I sent back the wrong one. That's Service. Thanks Again!!!!!
The bike arrived in two days and the next day Kyle's Bikes had it ready for delivery. I will most certainly recommend their shop to my friends back home!
Fantastic shop. Great selection of Specialized and BMC bikes, and a no doubt you'll find the running shoes that work with their shoe selection. On top of it, great staff and service. I would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone.
